{aquarelando e texturizando um background - watercolored and textured background} vem fazer comigo! ;)

comecei a fazer esse background assim, sem compromisso, pra me fazer feliz mas aos poucos fui gostando tanto que resolvi ir tirando fotos para trazer aqui pra vocês um pequeno tutorial. :)

it all started with a background that would make me happy but little by little i liked what i was doing so much that i decided to take pictures and make a simple tutorial. :)

para esse layout usei (for this layout i used):

aquarela e pincel pequeno (watercolor and a fine brush)

cardstock branco 240grs (heavy white cardstock)

pasta de modelar e tinta acrílica branca (modeling paste and white acrylic paint)

2 tipos de estêncil (2 different stencils)

secador de embossing (embossing heat)

flores (flowers)

bailarinas (brads)

título recortado à mão (printed title and fussy cut)

journaling card

com várias cores de aquarela pintei esse cardstock. com um pincel fui dando batidinhas leves, ora para fazer esses pompons, ora para fazer apenas pequenos traços. não deixe que a tinta fique muito aguada porque pode borrar.

the cardstock was painted with different colors of watercolor. with a fine brush i tapped slightly to form these pompoms.

para aplicar a pasta de modelar usei esses dois estênceis.

to apply the modeling paste i used these 2 stencils.

misturei a pasta de modelar com tinta acrílica branca em um pratinho e com uma espátula e o estêncil fui aplicando essa mistura por cima da aquarela já feita anteriormente. espere primeiro a tinta aquarelável secar para aplicar a textura! fui secando aos poucos com secador de embossing para não amassar o trabalho já feito com textura e também porque adoro essas pequenas bolinhas que o secador provoca na pasta de modelar. :)

vejam em detalhes abaixo como essa textura ficou legal!

in a small bowl i mixed the modeling paste with white acrylic paint and with the stencil and a spatula i applied over the watercolor background - don't forget to let the background dry completely before applying the modeling paste. next with my heating emboss i dried thoroughly - i love this texture after the modeling paste was dry.

quis usar uma foto pequena porque diante dessa profusão de cores e textura, uma foto pequena seria um ponto focal importante nesse layout. primeiro fui colocando os enfeites, fotos, título e journaling cards em cima do background e quando fiquei satisfeita com a disposição colei as duas flores grandonas que estão por baixo da foto. depois colei a foto e prendi então a flor pequena com uma bailarina. aí colei o título e fixei as outras flores com mais duas bailarinas. colei os journaling cards e escrevi meu journaling.

for this layout i used a small photo - i thought my focal point would be perfect with a small pic because the background was already full of colors and texture.
i spread all my embellishments and title and journaling cards over the watercolor paint and once i was happy i started gluing the 2 big flowers than the photo over these flowers. next with a brad i fixed the small flower over the photo. next i glued the title and fixed with brads the other flowers, wrote my journaling on the journaling cards and glued them all.

reparem que usei flores brancas porque o background já estava bastante colorido!

note that i used white flowers because the background was already very colorful!
