do you love to recycle? i do!
because i call myself a recycling girl i am always gathering used boxes - big boxes, small boxes, any kind of boxes. i also love flowers, especially violets because they remind me of my mom who is so far away from me, in Brazil.
i saved these two tissue boxes to make a beautiful flower pot holder for my violets and because spring has finally arrived and my delicate little flowers are ready to bloom! :)

eu mesma me apelidei de menina da reciclagem e estou sempre guardando caixas - caixas grandes, caixas pequenas, qualquer tipo de caixa. e eu também amo flores especialmente violetas porque elas me lembram minha mãe que está tão longe de mim, no Brasil.
guardei essas duas caixinhas de lenço de papel para fazer cache pots para minhas violetas e também porque a primavera finalmente chegou por aqui e minhas pequenas e delicadas flores estão prontas para nascer!

to start, i covered the boxes with paper - one in green and one in orange.

pra começar cobri as caixas com papel - uma com papel verde e outra com papel laranja.

next step was to embellish the rim with washi tape.
try to stick it in a way that you can wrap it over the rim and make it look neat.

o próximo passo foi enfeitar a borda da caixa com washi tape.
tente colar de um jeito que você possa cobrir toda a borda e ficar super legal!
